Definition

The coffee granule used in drip coffee bag is ground from freshly roasted coffee beans. drip coffee can retain the original flavor of coffee to the greatest extent, and is usually hot extraction.

History

Because of the coffee grounds, so, please prepare a filter!

When it was first showed up, it was still a luxury thing.

Drip coffee was invented in 2001. Japan’s UCC Coffee invented and registered a patent for hanging bag coffee, and then put it on the market. In Japanese, it’s called “a cup of drawn coffee”. This is because its principle is to put coffee powder in a filter bag of non-woven fabric or tissue paper, with two paper splints on the outside, which can be hung on a narrow-mouthed cup when opened, and can be pulled out directly after brewing.

About filter material

The material of drip coffee is called degradable non-woven filter bag.

The inner membrane of drip coffee is a filter layer with such a mesh, and this hole acts to even out the speed of coffee outflow.

When the hot water seeps through the coffee powder, its essence and oil are extracted, and finally the coffee liquid seeps out evenly from the filter holes.

Grinding degree: According to this design, the grinding degree should not be too fine, close to the size of sugar.

There is also a coffee bag on the market, which is similar to a tea bag. It grinds freshly roasted coffee beans and packs them in disposable filter bags according to the amount of cups to make convenient coffee bags. The material is like tea bags, mostly non-woven fabrics, gauze and the like. The material needs to be soaked.

How to brew

1 After shaking the ear bag flat, tear off the seal of the powder bag

2 Stretch the hanging ears evenly and hang on the mouth of the coffee cup

3 Drip coffee should be hung up for brewing!

Let me emphasize here – the drip coffee also requires a powder-water ratio, for example, a pack is about 10 grams, with 150ml water, the cup should be a shallower cup.

Water temperature

Because friends who drink drip coffee may not be able to find freshly boiled water, and it is not convenient to measure the temperature. Generally, the water temperature from the water dispenser is 83°-90°, which meets the needs. If the water is too hot to exceed 95°, then find a cup and wait for 30-60 seconds before flushing.

Steaming for the first time

Pay special attention to steaming with water for the first time. The simple understanding is to let the water soak all the coffee powder first, stop the water injection, wait for 10-40 seconds, and open the door of coffee flavor.
