Horizontal Sealing Part

The horizontal sealing mechanism is mainly to complete the heat sealing of the upper horizontal sealing of the front packaging bag and the lower horizontal sealing of the rear packaging bag in the continuous production process.

The packaging bag is cut open to complete a horizontal sealing cycle. In the cyclic operation of the equipment, according to the action sequence set in advance by the control program, once the horizontal sealing action is performed, the PLC outputs a control signal to control the action of the solenoid valve, so that the extension of the horizontal sealing cylinder is completed and the heat sealing block is closed before and after the horizontal sealing. The heat sealing block is closed and pressed, and the temperature and pressure of the heat sealing block are used to complete the heat sealing of the horizontal sealing of the packaging bag.

 

Longitudinal Sealing Part

The longitudinal sealing mechanism is used to complete the heat sealing working part of the interface on both sides of the packaging material. The packaging material enters the forming machine from the film unwinding reel through various rollers on the film unwinding support, and then forms a long cylindrical bag on the outer wall of the unloading cylinder. It can be used to hold the materials to be packaged.

The work of longitudinal sealing is done by the longitudinal sealing cylinder. In one cycle of the packaging machine, the longitudinal sealing cylinder acts once to seal.

According to the working sequence set in advance by the control program, once the longitudinal sealing action is performed, the PLC outputs a control signal to the longitudinal sealing solenoid valve, and the solenoid valve controls the extension of the longitudinal sealing cylinder, and pushes the longitudinal sealing heat sealing block to seal to achieve the set after the vertical sealing time. The PLC controller controls the longitudinal sealing cylinder to return to its original state and completes a longitudinal sealing action. During the process of compressing the packaging material by the longitudinal sealing heat sealing block, the pressure provided by the cylinder and the temperature in the heat sealing block are used to make the two layers of packaging material reach the sealing effect.

 

Film Feeding Mechanism

The film feeding mechanism is to provide a bracket and platform for the unwinding, pulling and flattening of the packaging material until it is formed.

The whole bracket is connected and fixed with the frame of the packaging machine through two guide shafts and a screw rod. The motor can be adjusted left and right by adjusting the position of the bracket. Limit switches are installed on the side panels of the left and right racks to prevent the device from being damaged due to the jamming of the adjusting screw when the bracket is adjusted to the limit position. Equipment and control sensors and switches are used to jointly realize and complete various functions of the packaging machine. After the machine cycle starts, the film pulling synchronous belt first drives the film on the bracket to move forward, and at the same time the tension rod moves upward along the track.

When the rod encounters the film feeding start switch, the film feeding roller motor starts to work and drives the film to move upward, thereby driving the film to rotate and start to release the film. When the film is stopped, the tension rod automatically falls to ensure the film tension is consistent When the tension rod encounters the film feeding stop switch during the falling process, the film feeding motor stops working, and the tension rod returns to its original position, thus completing a working cycle of film pulling and film release, and at the same time helping to pull and release the film for the next one. Work cycle ready.

 

Pull Film Transmission Mechanism

In the packaging work cycle, when the film starts to be pulled, the servo motor starts, drives the gearbox through the transmission synchronous belt, and outputs two rotating shafts with the same speed but opposite rotation directions through the gearbox. The two output shafts are connected by a universal joint The shaft knot is transmitted to the film pulling mechanism. When the film pulling ends, the servo motor stops, and the film pulling mechanism also stops. After pulling the film, the packaging machine enters the next action.

Pull film timing belt mechanism.

The film-pulling synchronous belt mechanism mainly pulls the film downward. After the length of the film is pulled to a standard bag length in one working cycle, a film-pulling action of a work cycle is completed. Printing Mechanism

Mainly to realize the thermal printing of production date and batch number. In the working cycle of the packaging machine, in the working sequence, at the time of printing, the PLC controls the action of the solenoid valve of the printing cylinder to drive the printing cylinder to work, thereby completing the action of printing the date and various customized graphics.

 

Electrical Control Part

It is the core control part of the equipment, including the PC system and peripheral electrical components, and it is mainly set by the control program at the factory. In the production process, the PLC controls each mechanism to act according to the specified sequence according to the set software program, completes the action of the packaging machine, and produces qualified products.

Control operation panel: The electrical control box and operation panel of this equipment are installed on the right side of the whole rack. The control operation panel is connected with the PLC program controller in the electrical box of the packaging machine through the communication cable, which is more ergonomic and convenient for the operator to operate and use. The control panel is mainly composed of touch screen and emergency stop button.

Touch screen: Used to display various operating functions and related information.

Emergency stop button: The red emergency stop button is mainly used for emergency shutdown when an emergency occurs in the production process or when a failure of critical equipment and personal safety occurs. Press this button, the packaging machine will stop working immediately, and the touch screen will display the corresponding information. Once the emergency stop switch is pressed, the equipment needs to be restarted. The emergency stop switch must be reset first, and the control system is reset according to the information provided by the touch screen.

Pneumatic parts: The pneumatic part is mainly controlled by PLC. According to the working sequence in the working cycle, the PLC control signal opens the corresponding solenoid valve, and the compressed air controlled by different solenoid valves drives the corresponding cylinder to complete the action. The pneumatic system part is mainly composed of pneumatic triple parts, solenoid valves and cylinders. The main function of the pneumatic triplet is to purify the compressed air entering the air circuit system, adjust the air pressure entering the air circuit system, and add atomized lubricating oil to the compressed air of the air intake system. The solenoid valve controls the action of the cylinder under the control of the PLC. The cylinder is to execute the corresponding mechanism action of the packaging machine.

 

Auger Conveyor Part

The machine consists of two independent systems, a stirring power system and a servo power system (servo motor drive). After the system is started, the stirring motor starts to drive the stirring rod to rotate for material stirring. Start the servo power system to drive the metering screw to rotate for metering. When the metering reaches the set value, the servo motor stops, catches the next start signal and restarts the metering work.

Vacuum Part

Vacuum: The vacuum chamber is closed, the vacuum pump works, the vacuum chamber starts to vacuumize, the packaging bag is vacuumed at the same time, the vacuum gauge pointer rises, and the rated vacuum degree (controlled by the time relay ISJ) is reached. The vacuum pump stops working, and the vacuum stops. While the vacuum is working, the two-position three-way solenoid valve IDT works, the heat-sealing air chamber is vacuumized, and the heat-pressing frame remains in place.

 

Heat sealing: IDT is broken, the outside air enters the heat sealing air chamber through the upper air inlet hole, and the heat sealing air chamber is inflated and expanded by using the pressure difference between the vacuum chamber and the heat sealing air chamber, so that the upper hot pressing frame moves down, Press the bag mouth; at the same time, the heat-sealing transformer works and starts to seal; at the same time, the time relay 2SJ works, and the heat-sealing ends after a few seconds.

 

Return air: The two-position two-way solenoid valve 2DT is open, the atmosphere enters the vacuum chamber, the pointer of the vacuum gauge returns to zero, the hot-pressing frame is reset by the return spring, and the vacuum chamber is opened.

 

Circulation: Move the above vacuum chamber to another vacuum chamber, that is, enter the next working process, the left and right chambers work alternately, and the cycle goes back and forth.
