This is upgraded rotary model CR90K based in CPR5001 model, the capacity of this model can pack up to 90 cups per min, higher speed decides it to be the most cost-effective single serve pod filling equipment, we have combined the needs of customers who want to expand but the problem of factory’s footprint. First of all, we can see the slider and vertical tube this station, this part is isolated from the plexiglass door alone, this design is convenient and friendly for operator to reload the empty cups without opening door and cause safety system alarm.

After detector recognizes cup, the nozzle of the filler will be manufactured to fit the diameter of the cup and go down to attach the cup, auger spins with servo angle to drop coffee into cup, filling accuracy can within 0.2 gram, the advantage of this auger filler is easier to pull out horizontally to clean, after pushing back, the position of filler is also easy to fix.

Cleaner and Tamper, we optimize details to clean up more.

Lidding station, also install a holder to stack lids, so suction cup can place it simply.

Heater can be moved other side for cleaning.

Changeover mold needn’t screws, switching of small parts, just insert different formats to fix, then hit button “RUN”, another coffee pod is born.
