Filling Station

There is compressed filling head make top of cup with cleanliness.

Tamper and Cleaner

Cutting and First Seal

This station is for cutting an aluminum or laminated lid where it covers the opening of capsule.

The servo motor controls pulling and unwinding two actions of roll reel, meanwhile the unused film is pulled to cut and the used film is collected. The roll film mechanism realizes this complicated process. Lid will land the upper of capsule.

While the heater follows the cutter and fulfill the first seal.

 

Double Seal

After preliminary seal, there would a second seal to guarantee the closure.

 

Outfeed

Sucker pass good ones and reject unqualified capsule.

Good ones are placed on a convey belt which between in a weight rank that you set.

Unqualified that less or over the weight you set would drop into a trash can below the machine with the capsule module running.

 

• Humanized solution
