The model can be able to equip with a Pump to add different aroma which is a drop of liquid flavors after filling coffee into the Dolce gusto, this way can prevent from crossing contamination when change to other coffee filling.

 

Working Process

• Vibrator shaking for auto sorting Dolce gusto.
• Grabber working place in the convey module.
• Filling station augers volumetric unit with a servo motor.
• Cutting and sealing for perforated film.
• Cutting and sealing for secondary cover.
• Outfeed.

We equip agitators in the hopper in order to coffee on a flow condition constantly and average.

And consider from the perspective of operator, we build a small plexiglass window to check situation inside and an induction can detect amount of coffee.

Operator could set and adjust weight separately look through the feedback on the SCHNEIDER controller.

And operator has an assistant which is “broadcast” alarm system when material is lacked.

The important technology of this machine is two cutting and sealing, and more options like weight-checking function, remote controlling, flavor pump and connect with Cartoner.

Robot grab out the finished pod on the conveyor, it could reject incorrect pod and pass good one if you select weight-checking function.

We choose to cooperate with more reliable and well-known parts manufacturers to ensure the quality of our products, including the convenience of later parts replacement, such as like PLC from Schneider, inductor from Omron.

 

Second packaging for Dolce Gusto: Cartoner

Introduction:

The automatic Cartoner PB-F1 is designed for small quantities of packaging. It features a wide range of sizes, free fall, and automatic counting.

PB-F1 is an upright structure with multiple functions. It is an automatic control machine integrating electricity, light and gas. Its self-counting capability enables automated production of packaging.

The operation link adopts advanced detection methods. Unqualified products are automatically eliminated, and the qualified rate of finished products is 100%. Controlling human error to a minimum greatly reduces production costs and labor intensity.
