Coffee Capsule Filling Equipment and Cartoning Machine

This is a linear entry machine for coffee pod with 3k pods per hour, the compact model has complete and powerful functions, not to mention that it has been equipped with a complete nitrogen injection system to ensure the freshness and aroma of coffee. Whether it is a roaster owner who is just starting out or adding production, this is a cost-effective very high model can be considered.
Brand new K Cup filling machine that can truly reach the top level in Europe. The fully mechanical drive way allows you not to spend more time debugging and replace wearing parts. Change the running speed of the machine without worrying about the change of parameters, and the extremely stable operation can achieve the 5400 Cups per hour. Compatible with Nespresso capsules, it only takes 15 minutes to simply replace with another format without worrying about alignment.
Cartoning up to 900 cartons per hour: Automation finishing from Flipping Cup, Grouping, Grabbing/Dropping Cup, Carton Open, Loading Cups Into Carton, Fold Carton, Hot Melt Glue Seal Carton, Push Out Carton.
Support K Cups 12ct and 16ct or 24ct mode in upside-down order, Nespresso variety and customized packaging ways.
Filling&Sealing for 18K cups per hour: Augers as volumetric dosing unit, drive by Schneider servo motor with brushless precisely control the auger spinning, achieve high output while ensuring stable mechanical action. Also install compact agitators inside the hopper to make coffee flow more uniform so that could guarantee accuracy of filling. Choose different lidding stations to be compatible with different coffee pods, K Cup with Precut lid or Nespresso pod with in-line Punching film to fix on the cup. After two heat sealing and Check weigher filters, the finished pod will enter the conveyor belt to the next packaging.
